Coming Soon to YouTube: A Kung Fu Romance, Pts. 1, 2, 3, & 4
Gordon has filmed a short Chinese language version of his urban kung fu comedy screenplay The Black Tiger, a mixture of old school kung fu (e.g. Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan) and new school hip hop, and named it "A Kung Fu Romance" for a serial release on YouTube.
Expect the first chapter sometime in December 2006. (The film also may play some US Film festivals configured as a single short film.)
Synopsis
Chinatown, New York City. Mei Hua, scion of the Han family and
leader of the Poison Clan, is torn between killing the object of her
desire, Jay, or surrendering herself to him.
